This Website is the property of Expressive Suite SRL ("Expressive", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Romania and registered in Oradea, 19 General Traian Mosoiu Street, Apartment 9, Bihor county, having the EU VAT number RO45978990.

By accessing this Website, you ("you", "user", "customer") are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. Any claim related to Expressive's Website shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania.

The materials contained in this Website are the property of Expressive and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. 3.1 Payment processing

We are using Stripe to handle and process payments securely. Expressive does not store or have access to sensitive information regarding customers' credit cards. For more information on how Stripe handles personal data, please refer to their Privacy Policy.

3.2 Subscriptions

Our creative software can only be used by paying customers on a subscription basis. Each subscription provides customers with a license key to activate the software.

Customers can opt-in for a monthly or annual subscription, which is paid in advance.

3.3 Cancelation

Customers are entitled to cancel their subscriptions at any time they want. After they cancel a subscription, customers can still use the software for the remaining period that was already paid.

3.4 Refunds

Expressive provides a free trial for each application so users can test their functionality and assess their value before purchasing; therefore, we do not offer refunds.

Canceling a subscription does not entitle a customer to receive a refund.

5. Disclaimer

All the materials on Expressive's Website are provided "as is". Expressive makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties.
