Rectangle tool

The Rectangle tool lets you create rectangular and square shapes in your artwork.

  1. Click on the Rectangle tool or press .
  2. Click and drag to create a rectangle.
    • Hold to maintain proportions and create a square.
    • Hold to expand the shape from its center.
    • Hold (Windows) to maintain proportions and start the shape from the center.
  3. Increase or decrease the rectangle corner radius by dragging the shape and pressing the or keys.
  4. Reset the shape properties by pressing while dragging the shape.
